Drawing from lived experience as a former RCMP undercover operator and true crime author, I speak directly to young people—especially those targeted by gang culture. I have seen how the promise of power, protection, and belonging can turn deadly.
These sessions support gang prevention programs through honest intervention and public awareness, stripping away the glamour of gang life to expose real consequences. The goal is crime prevention through truth, accountability, and informed choice.

I have lived on both sides of the line — enforcing the law and breaking it. That journey taught me that real change does not begin with judgment. It begins when we stop defining people by their worst decisions and start seeing who they still have the capacity to become.
My mentorship work focuses on rebuilding identity, purpose, and integrity through honesty and accountability. Whether I am working in classrooms, correctional facilities, recovery programs, or community organizations, I bring an authenticity that cuts through silence, shame, and denial. I do not speak in theory. I speak from lived experience.
As a former RCMP undercover operator, a former leader in organized crime, and now an advocate for accountability and reform, I understand how quickly a single choice can turn into a criminal record, an addiction, or a prison sentence. I know what it means to fall apart. And I know what it takes to rebuild.
I meet people where they are — in the chaos, in the confusion, in the moments when hope feels distant and direction is lost — because that is where I have been myself. I understand the psychology of the streets, the pull of belonging, the illusion of power, and the cost of violence. I also understand the discipline required to walk away and build something better.
